The kits were prepared in advance to ensure the new employees would receive their welcome gift prior to their start date.    

Success:

The new hire kit was a resounding success. Upon receiving the kit, recipients used the gift code inside the lid to select two apparel items of their choice online, which were produced on demand after checkout. This hybrid model ensured that recipients received an immediate gift while allowing them to personalize apparel. The overall gifting experience was positive, creating an opportunity for employees to connect with their HR team.
