How do you define the mission and purpose of your role within your organization?
My mission is to foster a work environment that motivates all employees and to reward employees for all their hard work and dedication.
What motivates you to keep growing in your work and professional knowledge?
My clients have been and continue to be the motivation behind learning more how to better understand their needs.
What are your favorite hobbies and activities?
I love anything outdoors, especially fishing, hiking, and skiing. I also really enjoy cooking on the weekends.
