Employee Appreciation | Case Study

Situation: There was a unique feature of some acrylic awards in the company newsletter. American thought of a specific client and had their logo done on some virtuals. Along with sending the virtuals to their client, we also shipped some quality samples. It turned out they were looking for a program to show appreciation to employees every quarter. They have five locations.

Solution: American worked on several concepts for the client. We ended up with a very cool laser cut award with a full-year supply with personalization and quarterly shipping to each of the five locations. Each location would receive three awards per quarter featuring; Team Member, Supervisor and Manager.

Success: The client and staff were very happy with the recognition awards! The quality and feel of the awards were well received and employees mentioned how nice it was to receive such a quality piece.
