FIRST IMPRESSIONS | CASE STUDY

Situation: A traffic management company was looking for a fun and unique gift for their new Executive Team. This would be the first time the team would meet so the company wanted to make a memorable impression. The Marketing Director was on the lead to put together a gift on a very tight deadline.

Solution: While working with the Marketing Director on a fun solution, we learned that the new Executive Team consisted of avid golfers. American kitted with custom labeled golf umbrellas, golf towels and golf balls. The kits arrived on time and the recipients were beyond excited about the gift and lead to a nice ice-breaker conversation
for the meeting.

Success: The new Executive Team’s first impression and experience with the organization was a success! The gift lead to a scrimmage tee time and great conversation among the new Executive Team. The Marketing Director also received recognition for their strategic execution of a quality kitted gift.
