SITUATION: Our customer had over 25 physical therapy locations and needed a way to facilitate inventory releases, while also simplifying their ordering process for office supplies and corporate stationery.  They needed a solution that would incorporate all their objectives and needed it in a timely manner.

SOLUTION: American created a Company eStore to facilitate their releases, a user-friendly Office Supply eStore to easily order office supplies and a Template Stationery eStore to simplify their stationery ordering. Not only were we able to consolidate all of their needs into one manageable eCommerce platform, but we were able to get the entire program up and running within a few weeks. This platform also allowed us to offer the customer many reporting and approval options sorted by cost center.

Not only were we able to simplify their inventory releases, office supply and stationery ordering, but we were able to help create a one-stop solution that continues to expand. Excited about the possibilities that this eCommerce platform provides, the customer has added even more eStores that include custom stamps, greeting cards and specific toners. With an eStore for on-demand decorated apparel in the works, this platform has provided endless possibilities for the customer.
