How do you define the mission and purpose of your role within your organization?
My focus at BCSI is to help our distributor partners thrive by making it EASY to sell print-on-demand. I do everything I can to provide the education and support needed to grow their business, and be as efficient as possible. I want to be the first person you think of for print opportunities!

What motivates you to keep growing in your work and professional knowledge?
I am most motivated to foster great relationships with my distributor friends by listening and providing solutions that result in growth and efficiency for their business. I enjoy collaborating with my BCSI-family to meet our customers’ needs, whether it be an e-commerce/integration solution, a printing challenge, or a creative new product idea. Throughout my 26 years at BCSI, our solution-oriented culture has resulted in great partnerships…THIS is what keeps me on my toes to keep growing and learning every day.


What are your favorite hobbies and activities?
There’s never a dull moment with my husband, 4 kids, and 2 dogs. I have acquired a high tolerance for chaos! I enjoy family & friends, cheering for my kids, entertaining, downhill skiing, spending time at the cabin, helping my daughter with her cotton candy business, playing piano, crocheting, and wine.
