How do you define the mission and purpose of your role within your organization?

At OMG, everything we do begins and ends with the customer. Our mission is to make it easy for all ASB’ers to build communities, foster connections, and create shared identities through branded apparel and products. I wear many hats in my role at OrderMyGear, and the purpose continually evolves. At its heart, my main focus is on our team and fostering a high-performance culture that promotes collaboration, innovation, and growth. Team is Everything!!

What motivates you to keep growing in your work and professional knowledge?

Generally speaking, I’m driven by a genuine need to stay active and continuously engaged in everything I do. In an ever-evolving industry, technology plays a critical role in the success of the American Associates. I’m motivated by the responsibility to be a thought leader and to continually bring innovation to the table to empower associates to do what they do best, SELL!

What are your favorite hobbies and activities?

I’m a father of four boys, all playing sports year round. My list of hobbies and activities were predetermined long ago and has become my passion, my family. On any given weekend you’ll find me, and one of my sons, either practicing or competing on a baseball field, football field, or basketball court. We love competition and sports of all types, but I need a family CRM to keep track of all of this!! My hope is to one day be able to dedicate enough time to being good enough at golf to play with Dana Zezzo!!
