American Solutions for Business has announced the establishment of Canadian Solutions for Business (CSB), a wholly-owned subsidiary focused on the Canadian print and promotional products market. This expansion represents ASB’s entry into Canada and aims to establish a presence with sales associates and vendors based in the country.
Canadian Solutions for Business will operate independently within Canada, providing promotional products, print and services. This division will implement ASB’s business model, vast resources and family-oriented culture to support clients.

Maxx Rochette, Vice President of CSB, is the company’s first official employee, joining in September 2024. Together with ASB Founder & CEO, Larry Zavadil, and VP of Vendor Relations, Marketing & Events, Dana Zezzo, efforts are directed in establishing relationships with vendors and salespeople within Canada. Canadian Solutions for Business is set to officially begin operations January 2025.
