How do you define the mission and purpose of your role within your organization?
I certainly wear a lot of hats at SnugZ but my ultimate purpose is to be a great leader. To be an advocate for our team, our company and our customers. To be an innovator, mentor and help provide opportunities for others to grow.
What motivates you to keep growing in your work and professional knowledge?
I’ve never been an apathetic person or someone who is ok with mediocrity. I spend a lot of time on audible, going to conferences, taking additional college classes and working on certifications, surrounding myself with some really smart people and have an awesome business coach. In addition, I’ve recognized the importance of expansion outside of just work to ensure I am well rounded and feel whole. Over the last few years I have gotten dive certified, became a yoga teacher and now I’m figuring out what’s next that excites me to learn more about.
What are your favorite hobbies and activities?
I love yoga, skiing, hiking, live music and cheering on the Texas A&M Aggies, Mavericks and Rangers.
