Justin Buysse Promoted to Sr. Manager of Fulfillment

American Solutions for Business promotes Justin Buysse to Senior Manager of Fulfillment. In this new role, Justin will be responsible for the Glenwood Distribution Center, leading the team on both day-to-day and long-term strategies. He will also continue managing the supply chain/logistics department.

“Within the first two years since moving into the new warehouse, the Glenwood distribution team has already achieved great success,” explained Buysse. “I am thrilled to continue working and building with this team.”

Justin was awarded the Eagle Award during the most recent American Award Ceremony. The Eagle award highlights ASB employees, nominated by their peers, who demonstrate the American spirit by unselfishly sharing their time and expertise, extending a helping hand, improving and energizing morale with a positive attitude.

• Education: St. John’s University (MN) – Major in Business Administration and a Minor in Communications.
• Location: Glenwood, MN
• What you’re most looking forward to in your new role: Further collaboration with Sales Reps and their teams that currently utilize the Glenwood warehouse to create a streamlined process that works well for everyone!
• What you like most about working at ASB: The culture and work/life balance are as advertised. ASB’s 40+ year history is well known but being a part of the growth since I started in 2019 is an awesome thing! The culture speaks for itself.
• Family/Hobbies: My wife Kelsey and I have a very busy family! We have a 7 year old son Myles and 4 year old daughter Sully. We also added a Cavalier King Charles puppy to the mix this past spring to add a little more fun! My favorite hobbies are golf and lake activities as much as possible, but anything with family and friends is good with me!
