How do you define the mission and purpose of your role within your organization?

My mission is to manage all sales efforts for Wise, including managing many of the relationships with the company’s major accounts, as well as business development and related strategic initiatives. Relative to my purpose, Wise has been a family-owned business for over 50 years, and I feel my purpose is to help transition the company for another 50+ years in business. 

What motivates you to keep growing in your work and professional knowledge?

I don’t like the status quo and am always looking to improve. What motivates me is the continual quest to develop, both professionally and personally, and then act upon what I’ve learned.

What are your favorite hobbies and activities?

Golf, exercise, travel, good meals (and drinks), live music and above all, spending time with family.
