This month’s feature is Roni Wright, Vice President of The Book Company.
How do you define the mission and purpose of your role within your organization?
The Book Company distinguishes itself from other suppliers by virtue of its unparalleled and expansive collection of over 3 million book titles and thousands of notable retail gift items perfectly tailored for the promotional products industry. Given the unique nature of our offerings, I have been entrusted with a diverse range of missions to undertake: empowering our team, staying ahead of trends, supporting our distributors, and promoting books as exceptional gifts.
What motivates you to keep growing in your work and professional knowledge?
Having been a part of The Book Company for nearly 20 years, I am continually motivated by the passion and dedication exhibited by our team, company leadership, and distributors. Each day, I am thrilled to share the concept of books and retail gifts, knowing that our offerings have the power to inspire and engage.
What are your favorite hobbies and activities?
Beyond my professional interests, I also find fulfillment in personal pursuits. Living in Colorado allows me to indulge in activities such as yoga, hiking on the breathtaking trails, and, of course, skiing. At home, I am fortunate to have a husband who enjoys cooking, but I have recently discovered a newfound love for making sourdough bread. Finally, as an avid reader, I find solace and joy in exploring the vast world of literature.
