How do you define the mission and purpose of your role within your organization?
My role within the organization is to ensure there is a healthy environment for sales growth, like a gardener tending the garden so it is always ready for planting. For both the Navitor sales team and our American sales associate partners, I am responsible for delivering results through others, making sure meeting and exceeding personal goals is the outcome. Along the way, I support teams and customers in collective problem solving that benefits us all.

What motivates you to keep growing in your work and professional knowledge?
My mindset is to change things for the better, so I am energized by initiating change and developing ways to adapt to this evolving industry landscape. I like to be in a state of ideation, eager to explore new possibilities.

What are your favorite hobbies and activities?
My two favorite escapes are the great outdoors and art. Living in Colorado is a blessing as it grants me access to the most beautiful escapes for hiking and exploration. I enjoy travel and spending time with my two grown children and grand-dog. I find fulfillment in giving back to my community through volunteering for my church and engaging in community work in Denver.
